We engage in diversified farming.  We started with fish farming.  We have expanded into Poultry farming, Plantain farming, Cassava Farming and vegetable farming (with emphasis on a variety of pepper species and green leaf vegetables) while employing modern and technically approaches in our methodology for optimal yield and concern for sustainability. Due to our consistency and passion for success our expansion rate has been quite rapid with very interesting results.  As we pursue new opportunities, we have always done business responsibly and in ways that helps to sustain the environment and elevate our image.

Part of the vision for establishing our farm business is to be able to welcome young minds who show interest in the agri-business and offer them a platform for training and mentoring.  Our company receives young people and offers them the hands-on experience in our various aspects of farming.  We offer various flexible learning schedules to suit the different needs of our intending students. These include; weekend programmes, part-time and full-time programmes.  This is our own little way of empowering the youth and offering an alternative to the pandemic of yahooism for a better Nigeria

The idea of CROTEM Enterprises has been a long-time vision of a young lady, Stella Nwafor who, from childhood had desired to be a farmer by profession.  She got her inspiration from her parents who are subsistence farmers. This vision led her into Studying Aquaculture and Fisheries Management at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.  Upon graduation in 2021 and after her National Youth Service programme, she enrolled on internship and mentoring programmes with some well-established farms and training programmes in the Country.  She eventually founded her own farm in July 2023.  Stella Nwafor is the current CEO of CROTEM Enterprises. The CROTEM Farm Enterprises is set up as a proper corporate entity with local investors as partners and is fully incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.  Currently, CROTEM Enterprises partners with ADEOLA AGRIC SERVICES in Ijebu-Ode and AYOTEMI Farms in Oyo State for technical and logistic support.

Since its establishment, the farm has grown from its initial start up fish farm of one pond to multiple large ponds and has diversified into Poultry, plantain, Cassava and vegetable farming (with emphasis on a variety of pepper species and green leaf vegetables) on multiple farm sites.

One of the greatest passions of our company is to be able to influence other young people to develop interest in agribusiness as well as provide means of sustainable livelihood for young people.
